Eligibility

  • Condition Requirements:
    • Unused, in original packaging with tags/labels attached
    • Includes all accessories (e.g., toy batteries, food scoops)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pet food/treats
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Request via your Account Dashboard or contact form
  2. Pack Securely: Use original packaging + include order slip
  3. Ship Back:
    • Australia: Free return label provided
    • International: Customer covers return shipping

Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive items
  • Method: Original payment (or store credit if preferred)
  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping fees non-refundable
    • 15% restocking fee for missing packaging

Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours with photos/video
  • Free replacement or full refund

Exchanges

  • Size/color swaps available if stock permits
  • Process: Return original + place new order
